Dieter Adamsas, currently Chairman of Geotech Group was formerly Deputy Chief Executive Officer and CEO of Leighton Holdings Limited.

With 40 years experience in the construction industry, Dieter held various senior accounting and commercial positions within hte Leighton Group and was appointed CFO in 1986. He retired as a Director of Leighton Holdings in November 2010 and as Chairman of Leighton Contractors Pty Ltd and Chairman of Leighton Asia Limited in February 2011.

He is a former Director of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA), life member of Financial Executives International of Australia, Member of the University of New South Wales Business Advisory Council and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and formerly a Member of the Trade Advisory Council.

Dieter has a strong belief in giving back to the community and sharing knowledge through mentoring.

His interests include health and wellbeing, hiking, tennis, skiing and golf.
