

Organising your fundraising event is a great way to involve family, friends or colleagues and is a chance to use your creativity and imagination to raise awareness and money for your chosen cause at the San. Your event or activity can be as simple or elaborate as you like.
Our aim is to engage local communities and motivate individuals as together we can make a difference. Through your chosen fundraising activity you are helping the Foundation to fund facilities, services and life-saving equipment for the San hospital.
We have a team of passionate and experienced people dedicated to helping you with your community fundraiser and ensuring that it is a huge success.

Your imagination is the key to holding a fun and successful event!
In Australia, the law states that you must have an 'Authority to Fundraise' before you are allowed to ask people to give money for charity therefore all fundraising activities must be registered with the San Foundation. Please familiarise yourself with our Community Fundraising Guidelines, before returning the completed Community Fundraising Agreement.
Once your activity is approved you will be sent your endorsement letter giving you authority to fundraise on our behalf. Our fundraising team is always on hand to give advice and support along the way to help make your activity a success.
